Born and raised in San Diego, Giancarlo comes from a family of salesman and entrepreneurs. Starting his own recording and media company in 2018. Giancarlo's passion and desire to grow and build businesses has attracted him to joining the management training program with Divergent Marketing Solutions. As a team leader Giancarlo is an energetic individual but pays attention to details when it comes to task. The sky's the limit on where he takes it in the industry!

Born and raised in Houston, Adeem first came to San Diego back in 2013. A former Navy veteran who has always had an entrepreneurial mindset. Adeem has never worked in a sales/marketing field before but has always dreamed of running his own company. So with his hard work, dedication and exceptional attention to detail it didn't take him long to move up to Junior Director within the company. Adeem loves and enjoys helping others which helped him fit in perfectly in our team environment.

Jared Osornio is an Account Training Manager at Divergent Marketing Solutions. Jared graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business Management from San Diego State University. He then pursued to continue his educational career and graduated with his master's degree from National University. He worked in Quality assurance and Software development and started working at an entry-level marketing position with no experience. He then grew quickly within the company and began coaching, teaching, and taking interviews within his first month in the business. He is excited to continue to help grow and expand Divergent Marketing Solutions.

Born and raised in New South Wales, Australia. Brock received his BA of Business (Marketing/International Business), Diploma of Leadership & Management, Diploma in Sports Nutrition, and a Diploma in Health/Wellness Coaching all in his home country. Displaying an entrepreneurial mindset and leadership qualities from a young age, has equipped Brock with a well-rounded skillset that has allowed him to work and thrive in a diverse range of industries. A passion for exploring international business cultures, encouraged Brock to make the move to San Diego to explore a career opportunity with Divergent Marketing Solutions.

From a small rural town in Virginia and came to California looking for new opportunities. She was in the hospitality industry for 7 and a half years before stepping into a marketing position. She started the company in late August of 2021 and quickly hit leadership, progressively making her way up to the Junior Director position she is now in. She has always been very team oriented from marching band in highschool to being in theater and arts all throughout her life. Brittany grew up in a small, sunny southern Californian town called Claremont, aka the “City of Trees and Phd’s”. She graduated from California State University, San Marcos in December 2020 with a degree in Communication. Entering the job force during a global pandemic was extremely difficult and she worked as a host/cashier at a restaurant before applying and starting her fulfilling career at Divergent Marketing Solutions. Brittany consistently applies her positive attitude, student mentality, and strong work ethic to everything she does. Adam grew up in Maryland where he spent most of his time after school practicing and teaching Tae Kwon Do. He moved to California when he was 21 and quickly became a professional ballroom dance teacher. He is always looking to teach and help people learn. His personal motto is "never stop learning". Since joining Divergent he has been rapidly growing into the leadership role and passing on his knowledge.

Jalen was born and raised in a city just outside of St. Louis, Missouri. He attended Missouri State University where he was a part of the ROTC program and underwent army officer training. Jalen comes from a bloodline of high performing salesmen. Each and every day he is looking to better himself and the people around him.
