Anthony Ergino

CEO

Anthony is a driven and accomplished businessman who was born and raised in San Diego, California. During his youth, he was a tri-sport athlete, participating in football, wrestling, and track and field. As the oldest of five siblings, he learned the value of hard work and determination at an early age. In fact, at one point in his life, he juggled three jobs while attending school full-time.

After graduating from Palomar College, Anthony went on to study Sociology with a minor in Psychology from Cal State San Marcos. He started his professional career as a Field Test Engineer for Nokia, where he worked on networks for major carriers such as Verizon, Sprint, and T-MO. Despite being hourly or salaried throughout his career, Anthony had never worked in a performance-based industry until he made the switch to business management and marketing.

Initially stepping out of his comfort zone, Anthony decided to pursue a new career in sales and marketing. With the help of great mentors, he was able to learn about sales and marketing through a Management Training Program while also developing his skills as a leader. Today, he is the CEO of Divergent Marketing Solutions, where he has successfully managed multiple markets within San Diego, Riverside County, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Ohio, Indiana, and Texas.

Anthony is proud to have worked with great clients such as Assurance Wireless, Sprint, Verizon, Start New Financial, and Ready Refresh. He is committed to being a front runner on all programs he touches and is determined to become a Regional and National partner here on the West Coast. Outside of work, Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife and three beautiful children. As a family they love to travel and often adventure out to site see and eat good food. They enjoy exploring new places, experiencing different cultures, and trying new things.

- Sami Winslow
From a small rural town in Virginia and came to California looking for new opportunities. She was in the hospitality industry for 7 and a half years before stepping into a marketing position. She started the company in late August of 2021 and quickly hit leadership, progressively making her way up to the Junior Director position she is now in. She has always been very team oriented from marching band in highschool to being in theater and arts all throughout her life. She is now continuing to use those people and leadership skills to build a successful future in this company.
- Annmarie Velasquez
Hey guys my name is Annmarie, I recently just graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelors degree in International Business degree and a minor in Sociology. I had the opportunity to travel to Europe and study Wine Marketing. What really caught my eye about Divergent is the diversity the company had and the team environment I had witnessed during my interview and online. My goals are to continue to grow and develop not only myself, but other people that also get the opportunity here at divergent.

Aaron Ericsson was born in Tarzana, CA. As a competitive swimmer and diver throughout high school, Aaron has adapted the team mentality of competitive sports throughout his professional career. Prior to joining OTS Empire, Aaron had found success with major corporations including Wells Fargo, Intuit, and Target, with a focus on training and development. Seeing the opportunity to be in control of his growth and success has been a driving force for Aaron within our organization. During his free time Aaron enjoys spending time with his family, camping, fishing, and can frequently be found cooking meals for the team during our weekly team nights.

- Maxwell Scott
My name is Maxwell. I was born in England but raised in Oceanside California, i grew up playing sports then eventually ended up sticking to football which led me to earn a scholarship to play Division 2 football at Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. After I was done playing football and came back to California I wasn't really sure what to do or where my life was headed. All I knew is I wanted to be successful on my own terms. So after about a year of bouncing from job to job I finally found Aspire and quickly got hooked on the idea of being an owner and the growth opportunities the company offers at such a fast rate. I've been in the company for a little over 2 months now and have been promoted to team leader and I'm still working towards moving up the ladder in the upcoming months.

- ASHLEY DARROW
Ashley graduated with a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Philosophy from Azusa Pacific University. Pursuing further education, she went to Canada and graduated with her Masters degree in Ancient Philosophy from the University of Western. She started working at an entry-level marketing position in Canada in order to expand her work experience. Ashley quickly grew within the company and began launching the special events division on for the telecommunications campaign in Canada with Rogers Communications. Ashley then took what she learned with the Rogers campaign and moved back home to work in Southern California. Within 6 months she opened her own company and begun to manage the Orange County market. Now Ashley has expanded into the financial market with Start New in order to help spearhead this campaign on the West coast and bring the company to a national level.
- Andy Do
Andy was born in a small town in Northern California called Sacramento. Andy received his first degree in Business Marketing and his second degree in Entrepreneurship/Small Business Management as an undergrad at The Harvard of the West, also known as Chico State. Andy started with us 2 months ago and his current title is Account Training Manager, but soon to be a Junior Director. Andy is inspired daily by his friends and family to work hard and make a difference in the world. Ever since he has joined our family, he has brought nothing but fun, positivity, and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed! On his free time, he enjoys working out, watching, or playing sports, traveling or attending live events!
- Destiny Tuangco
Destiny was born and raised in San Diego, California. She received her BA in Philosophy from the University of California, Santa Barbara. While in college, she worked full time at Chick-fil-A as a manager. Upon graduation, she was looking to build a career for herself. She started with Divergent and quickly got promoted to the account training manager position. Since then, she has been learning how to lead from the front and be an example for the team. Throughout her life, Destiny has always been working with team. Whether it be in sports, work, or in her sorority, she has excelled in managing and leading people. Now, she is applying those skills into her career and is bound for success.
- Peyton Van Horn
Growing up right outside of Cincinnati in Northern Kentucky. Peyton graduated with a bachelor's degree in Sports and Entertainment Marketing from Thomas More University. While attending Peyton started for the university's football team all 4 years and was a 2x All Conference Linebacker leading the team in tackles and is ranked 5th all time in tackles for the program. He joined Divergent Marketing Solutions in January 2022 and has began coaching, teaching, and taking interviews within the first month. He excited to be part of the team and help expand Divergent Marketing Solutions.
- Samih Poles
My name is Sam Poles and my greatest motto in life is, "The best part of hitting rock bottom is that you can always climb right back up!" I am an account manager. I love using my skills to contribute the exciting technological advances that happen every day here. I have my bachelor's degree in business. I have owned many businesses when I lived back home in Iraq. I was well known for my academic performance and my great leadership skills. I use my positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and learn how to be very successful. It has been a great blessing when I was given a chance to come to the United States to be in a safer environment. I was able to earn my degree in Nursing at Brightwood because I have a passion with helping others when they are in need. In my free time I enjoy being with my family, surrounding myself with good friends, watching movies, and I also enjoy watching a nice football game with some buffalo wings.
- Semaj Wren
Born and raised in Oceanside California. Semaj was a multi-Sport Athlete excelling in Football and Track and field and Boxing. Attended Mt. San Jacinto College where he was a junior college All-American Running Back and California player of the week while maintaining a 3.8+ GPA garnering attention from University of Washington, University of Cincinnati, University of Hawaii and many more Division 1 programs. Semaj opted to go another route in hope of creating a lucrative Brand through social media he quickly began to grow accumulating over 1 million views on YouTube before taking a chance in the Telecom marketing world. Semaj has quickly excelled in this new world becoming one of our Account Training Managers after only 4 days out of training. Semaj is confident in his student mentality and he is betting on himself that he will own his own company within a year of doing Telecom marketing.

- Cristian Cardenas
Cristian is a San Diego native who has quickly risen through the ranks of the Management Training Program to become one of our most promising Junior Directors. He is capable of building and leading strong teams, administering the interview process, and training new hires ~ all while being one of the funnest personas in our family!
He attributes his rapid development on his ability to be appreciative of each growth opportunity he faces, and his ability to keep a positive attitude with a focus on student mentality. His experience with different big name clients has also emphasized his adaptability in the business world.
Cristian heavily prides himself on having an open mindset as well as providing an open space for diverse discussions that promote team cohesion and shared success.
In his free time, Cristian enjoys exercising, exploring, trying new food,and attending events with friends.

Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Michelle moved to San Diego for school and received her Bachelors of Science from UC San Diego with an undergraduate degree in Clinical Psychology and a minor in Human Developmental Sciences. Throughout high school and college, Michelle volunteered at hospitals, food banks, and worked part time as a behavior technician. With a passion for understanding human behavior and interactions, Michelle seeks to apply her knowledge in the field of sales and marketing, and aspires to grow and manage her own team.

I served my country through The United States Marine CORPS in 1/24 Marines as a Fire Direction Center Specialist. In seeking new opportunities, I’ve pursued the field of business and marketing. My hobbies include reading, collecting and exercising.

- Melanie Little
Melanie was born in San Diego, CA to a Columbian mother. After graduating with a focus in Biology at UCSD, she takes pride in her work on Peptide Biology Research on Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. Melanie was Vice President of the Red Cross at UCSD, where she learned team management and marketing skills, and revamped social communications and outreach.
After receiving her EMT certification, she worked as a First Responder, MA at a Cardiology clinic, as a PA for wound Care, and as a VA at an AAHA Accredited Veterinary Hospital.
Melanie embodies a student mentality and always does her best to learn more about the business field and grow within the company through the management training program!
In her free time, Melanie loves rollerblading, watching movies/shows, finding awesome food places, and cuddling with her cat Patches. Melanie won the National Championship with her synchronized ice skating team, Team Del Sol. Melanie speaks fluent Spanish and is also a certified Scuba diver.
